Sky News host Caleb Bond says Sydney parking rangers not reaching “targets” means they get performance managed.
Mr Bond said “they get called in” to explain why they didn’t reach their designated target.
“Clearly this has become an important revenue raiser for the councils.
“Not only to raise as much revenue as possible.
“It’s to make it as difficult as possible to drive a car into the CBD, because they are anti-car.”
